  1. Smile more.
  2. Laugh.
  3. Be mindful of everything you say and do.
  4. Choose joy in your routine (as you shower/bather, brush your teeth, eat, etc.).
  5. Express gratitude.
  6. Positively acknowledge others.
  7. Pray or meditate everyday.
  8. Just take a moment and breathe whenever you can.
  9. Engage in meaningful conversations and attentively listen.
  10. Put more pep into your step (exercise; bonus points if you do it outdoors).
  11. Drink more water (and infuse it cucumber, berries, citrus fruits, fresh mint, etc.).
  12. Listen to your favorite tunes whenever you can; music can be uplifting.
  13. Play more; tap into your inner child.
  14. Do something creative or colorful (doodle, write, color, craft, bake).
  15. Perform an act of kindness.
  16. Honor your dream…visualize it…or better yet, take action.
  17. Remind yourself how wonderful you are…never too late for affirmations.
