Over the weekend, I totally unplugged and communed with nature (from Thursday – Saturday). My husband and my fur-baby Sasha enjoyed hiking in the woods. This is exactly what we needed to recharge our bodies and our spirit for this upcoming week. Here are some pictures.
I invite and encourage each of you to try to do this every once in a while. Ideally it is good to unplug daily in order to do things like write a letter or in a journal; draw, doodle, or paint; swim; enjoy the outdoors; mindfully breathe and meditate; visualize; really enjoy a meal; dance; stretch; sew; garden; et cetera. What did you used to do before smart phones and other electronic devices?
