Happiness and peace comes from being in the present moment and experiencing now. When we give attention to the past and future, we are likely to experience regret, sadness, anxiety, or fear. How can we live in the present moment? We can experience this by paying attention to what we are doing now, and appreciating the time we have to do it. Meditative activities such as creating art, crafts, and music are wonderful ways to anchor our time; and, we are in the perfect time of the year to do just that. Let us mark the moment.
