From the moment we start our day, we make decisions. We are making little and big decisions all day, such as how we are going to spend our day and how we are going to interact with others. The key to making our day meaningful is by being mindfully aware of our choices. When we put some thought into what we choose to say and do, then these experiences become meaningful and important. This is how we get to make each day of our lives as meaningful as we want to make it.
