Stretch beyond your limits.

To grow professionally, socially, and spiritually, we must consider stretching outside our comfort zone, which means going past our limits just a bit. For example, when training for an athletic event, an athlete will progressively do more and more difficult or longer routines to build  his or her strength and endurance, always trying to go a bit beyond their comfort zone. To become more confident, one must be willing to endure a bit of discomfort. And, once we do, guess what? We hit a growth spurt!
